s and p block elements of the periodic table

s block elements
S-block elements are those found in Groups 1 and 2 of the modern periodic table. There are two different kinds of s-block elements that can exist: those with one electron (s1) and those with two electrons (s2) in their inner s sub-shell.
S-block Is made of 14 elements that are hydrogen (H), lithium (Li), helium (He), sodium (Na), beryllium (Be), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), rubidium (Rb), calcium (Ca), cesium (Cs), strontium (Sr), francium (Fr), barium (Ba), and radium (Ra).
p block elements
Group IIIA to VIIIA elements (excluding He) is referred to as p-block elements. Due to the location of their valence electrons in the p subshell.
Some p-block elements are Carbon, silicon, phosphorus, sulphur, boron, germanium, tin, arsenic, etc.
